A designer hybrid breed, a Golden Retriever and Poodle cross
Usually, one parent is a Golden Retriever and one a Poodle, usually of Standard size. That is called a First Generation Goldendoodle. The result of this cross is a great family dog with a soft and low-shedding coat.
Some of the Goldendoodles we have are F1B's. F1B Goldendoodle is from a mating of a first
generation Goldendoodle back to a Poodle. The result is a pup which is
3/4 Poodle and 1/4 Golden. F1B Doodles have even softer non-shedding coats and
great personalities.
