Wheaten Terrier Puppies for Sale  (Wheaties)

All available puppies pictured below are here in Oxford, Massachusetts

The Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier's happy, playful, and friendly personality is very compatible with a family. Wheatens are often considered forever puppy-like. Intelligent and bold, Wheaties learn quickly, but without proper training can become stubborn and disobedient. If given an inch, they may take a mile. Be wary of the Wheatens playing games at their owner’s expense. As the name suggests, the Wheaten Terrier’s coat is soft and fluffy. Regular clipping and brushing is needed to avoid matting and to maintain the coat's beauty. As with all breeds, the shorter the coat is kept, the less grooming it requires.

Wheaten Terrier puppies are born with a dark coat and slowly lighten to the color of wheat as they mature. Their average life span is 12 to 15 years. For more information visit the AKC website .
