The Welsh Terrier, once used for hunting
rodents, is now primarily a companion pet. Their playful, curious, and affectionate
personality is loved my many and truly represents the terrier spirit. They are very
light shedders, and a good choice for those with allergies. To keep the
traditional coat style, clipping or trimming of fur is required. They are around 18 to 20 pounds full-grown and
are expected to live ten to twelve years.
